We've been living here for several months and absolutely love it! The office staff are friendly and very welcoming. The townhome we live in was cleaned prior to moving in. We did have a few stains/tears on the flooring but that's why you need to make sure you document it on the checklist they give you when moving in so you're not held responsible for it when you move out. As far as cops being out here all the time and break-ins, we haven't seen or heard any of that. So far we've seen one cop and he was going to the Fox Valley complex. And the lawn care guys come every week on Thursday's. They've been out here more than 6 times already this season and it's only the middle of June. As far as a $50 charge for lawn care goes, you aren't charged that on top of you rent, it's included in the rent. Just like every other apartment/townhome complex. We feel safe here, lots of families and peace and quiet. We would highly recommend.

Alex in the office is always so nice and helpful! She is the longest running manager and it’s a joy to see her still here! I appreciate the effort she puts in to helping her residents and getting the job done!

I love my townhome at Country Estates! I have my own garage, washer and dryer hookups, dishwasher, and tons of space/storage. Not to mention the amazing maintenance staff and awesome ladies in the office. I’m so glad I made Country Estates my home!

So I see that there's a lot of bad reviews here. I'm going to have to say that whatever the problems you all have is probably something was miscommunicated. We've been living here now for almost a year. Started out kinda scary at first for us because the carpet had some stains in it that couldn't be fixed, there was a slight mess pile in the basement and a few minor maintenance issues. All of the maintenance concerns were taken care of eventually but they were short handed on staffing. We were given the option to move in at the time of our move in day with this mess here and for a small discount on next rent to moving in a couple of weeks later when it's cleaned up better and we chose to move in at our regular time. Everytime we call for any maintenance concerns we usually get a quick reply too and work is done pretty good and at a decent time.

I lived in country estates townhomes for 5 years with no issues in my apartment. The maintenance is quick and management is great 10/10.

We have lived here since 2008 we love it here. It had its moments a few years ago when it seems like managers changed every couple of months but has really improved over the last 2 years with maintenance getting done alot quicker. Also management responds to messages very fast. Just had the kitchen and dinning room floor replaced and it looks great

I have lived here for 5 years Staff is great and they are quick to resolve any issues!! Maintenance is great and helpful and Alexandra is always quick to respond when needed. Love it here !!!!

Been with CE townhomes for 5 years now, moving out in a few months. Great staff, great locality with a peace and quiet neighborhood. Staff does a good job with maintenance and landscaping. There were issues with the maintenance during the first couple of years but with management change, things have improved for better. Units are a little old but can't beat in terms of price and space when compared to apartment buildings in Omaha. All units come with attached garage. Alex is fantastic at her job at the office and is always willing to help out new and existing renters. Thank you Alex and CE for making my stay amazing.

I have enjoyed my stay at Country Estates. The front office ladies are so helpful and kind. They help with resources and make sure all maintenance is addressed and completed! My son and I love our townhome!
